The Welbot is an automated TIG welding robot which is remotely controlled by PC. It is intended for speeding up TIG welding process safely and consistently to maintain high quality performance which was manually conducted by the most experienced technologists. 

PC-based remote control is a technology which facilitates observing and managing all functions – motion, Arc Voltage Control (AVC), wire supply, wire positioning for welding pool, weaving, and video monitoring system – developed by Pavetech Corporation. 

Based on these control technology, the Welbot guarantees workers’ safety and outstanding results of welding at extreme condition where there is potential danger of exposure to radiation or inferior processing environment. 

■  PC-based remote operation, meaning that it provides all necessary functions for true automated welding including

  - Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) for arc gap control

  - Wire Feed

  - Torch Oscillation (weaving)

  - Enable distance of remote control is max 100M

■ A welding monitoring Video System- Observation of the weld zone- remote operation the location of wire input on a real time process

The Welbot provides various types of pipe welding, such as Groove & Narrow gap, Overlay welding and 4G, 5G welding.
